We supply complete supporting papers upon request: Annual E+H authorized distribution certificate, customs import declaration, factory test report, 3.1 material certificate, ATEX/IECEx explosion-proof certificate, CNEX domestic explosion certification, metrology calibration certificate, and hygienic compliance papers for food/pharma projects.

Quotation, Stock & Order Terms
We offer one-to-one free engineering selection service. Kindly provide medium type, conductivity/density, working temperature & pressure, pipe/tank size, installation method, explosion protection class, output signal (4–20mA/HART/Modbus/Profibus), foam/dust/corrosion conditions, and we will return a complete part number, measuring range and wetted material recommendation within working hours.
Full core product lines are kept in local stock: Electromagnetic/Coriolis/Vortex flowmeters, Radar/Guided wave/Ultrasonic level transmitters, pH/DO/turbidity water analyzers, pressure/temperature transmitters, flow switches and system modules. Standard in-stock models can be shipped the same day upon payment. Custom flanges, anti-corrosion or explosion-proof special configurations are sourced directly from E+H factory with lead time 7–25 working days.
No minimum order limit, single instrument orders are accepted. Small sample orders for laboratory test or pilot plant are supported with transparent price difference between sample and bulk project orders.
We provide complete turnkey quotation packages covering E+H instruments plus matched installation accessories, chemical dosing skids, fluid system integration and automation components. Full BOM list, drawing attachments and itemized quotation sheets are supplied for EPC & general contracting projects.

Installation, Commissioning & Communication Compatibility
- Avoid mounting above tank feed ports, internal support beams or agitators to eliminate false echo interference;
- Remove foam, steam or dust buildup by installing air purge flanges or extended antenna;
- Keep vertical installation with sealed flanges and standard explosion cable glands for hazardous areas;
- Run false echo suppression function via DeviceCare or SmartBlue APP to filter tank internal obstacles.
- Ensure the pipeline is fully filled with medium, install flowmeter at pipeline low points;
- Clean scaling or air bubbles attached on measuring electrodes;
- Confirm medium conductivity meets minimum 5μS/cm requirement;
- Enable empty pipe suppression function via parameter configuration, our team provides remote video guidance for setting adjustment.
Official free PC software: DeviceCare for full parameter configuration and fault log export; Mobile APP: SmartBlue via Bluetooth for on-site quick adjustment & self-diagnosis. We also supply handheld FieldXplorer communicators for wired commissioning and share complete software operation tutorials free of charge.
Standard 4–20mA+HART output is equipped for all units, optional digital protocols including Modbus RS485, Profibus PA, Foundation Fieldbus. All devices are fully compatible with Siemens, Rockwell, Hollysys, Supcon and other mainstream industrial control systems; we supply standard wiring diagrams and communication parameter templates.
We arrange professional engineers for nationwide on-site service including installation guidance, zero-point calibration, loop testing, system joint debugging and operator training. For overseas or long-distance projects, one-on-one remote video commissioning support is available free of charge.
Troubleshooting, Calibration & Long-term Maintenance
- Dismantle and clean antenna covered with water, scale or sundries;
- Install air purge flange to eliminate interference from foam and steam inside tank;
- Activate false echo suppression to filter disturbance from internal brackets and agitators;
- Recalibrate probe length parameter if wrong value was set.
- Use original E+H standard buffer solution and stabilize medium temperature before calibration;
- Replace damaged electrode membrane or exhausted internal electrolyte;
- Clean electrode scaling with mild acid soft cloth;
- Adjust automatic temperature compensation parameter and shorten routine calibration cycle.
We cooperate with CNAS accredited calibration laboratories to arrange instrument inspection and issue official metrology certificates. Factory internal calibration service with E+H official calibration report is also optional.
- Submit device serial number & detailed fault description for repair quotation evaluation;
- Complete medium contamination declaration and fully clean the wetted parts before shipment;
- Send the unit to designated repair center for full inspection, original part replacement and re-calibration;
- Return repaired equipment with official test report and extended corresponding warranty period.
- Flowmeters: Clean electrodes/liner every 6–12 months
- Radar antennas: Air purge & decontamination every 3–6 months
- Water analysis electrodes: Calibrate every 1–3 months, replenish electrolyte regularly
- Pressure & temperature transmitters: Zero-point calibration once per year We provide standardized instrument maintenance checklists free for plant daily management.
